Financial Statement Audits
K Financial provides financial statement audit services to a variety of entities throughout the United States. The Firm is enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program to ensure the quality of all of our engagements and received an unqualified opinion on its most recent review.
K Financial’s professional development program ensures that all of our employees receive at least 40 hours of specific audit training each year. In addition, CPAs are responsible for complying with specific continuing professional education requirements of the Boards of Accountancy in all of the states that we practice in.
The Firm’s number one priority is to ensure that our clients receive high quality service throughout the entire audit process. Because of this, K Financial has an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Approximately 90% of K Financial’s new engagements come from referrals from clients and other CPAs, which shows the tremendous confidence our clients have in our ability to serve them and their colleagues.

Employee Benefit Plan Audits
Members of our employee benefit plan practice perform audits of pension, health and welfare and 401(k) plans. K Financial is an active member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and participates in the AICPA Peer Review Program.
SAS 70 Audits
Our experienced auditors deliver significant value to service organizations through our Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 examination. By demonstrating the establishment of effectively designed control objectives and activities, we are able to help clients distinguish their organization within the market while enhancing credibility among customers. At the conclusion of each SAS 70 examination, a formal Service Auditor’s Report summarizing the client’s control objectives and activities is issued. This specialized report is widely recognized among user organizations, contributing to enhanced customer trust and loyalty.
